We want to ensure you're completely satisfied with your D. Lacquaniti purchase. Our goal is to provide a clear and fair return process. If you are unsure of your shoe size, please do not hesitate to contact us prior to your purchase. We are always willing to help guide you to the correct fit.
Full-Price Items
Returns made within 14 days of the delivery date are eligible for exchange or store credit.
Final Sale Items
All discounted styles, altered merchandise, usage defects, special orders, personalized items, and gift cards are considered
"Final Sale" and cannot be returned.
Important Conditions
- Items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unused, undamaged, and with all original tags attached and in its original packaging with receipt or proof of purchase.
- Please examine & inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We may request photos to evaluate the issue.
- Cost of return shipping is the customer's responsibility with the courier of your choice. Shipping charges must be paid directly to the courier when shipping, which D. Lacquaniti does not take responsibility for. You'll have to inform our customer service team which courier was used and provide the return's tracking number.
- D. Lacquaniti reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not meet these requirements. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted or processed.

How to Request a Return
- Login to your customer account at account.dlacquaniti.com using the email associated with your order.
- Find the order you wish to return and click it.
- Click the "Request Return" button and follow the on-screen prompts. Please provide as much detail as possible to help us better understand your situation.
- If your return request is approved, you will receive an email with the return shipping label for you to complete your return.
- Once we receive and process your return, we will issue a store credit or exchange instructions according to the terms of this policy.
